We've had our new kitty, Rocky, for just a couple of weeks now. I took him to be "spayed" a few days ago and found out that she's a he! And he's already fixed, so that's nice. By the way, I did put up a "found kitty" ad in the classifieds online and no one ever contacted us about him. It's too bad because he's such a sweet cat! Even if he's a little naughty sometimes.
Jane has taken to having a playmate around! I took these photos of her playing with Rocky so cutely. It was maybe a half hour that she was running around the house trailing this cat toy and Rocky was chasing after her. She had so much fun! We like to joke that Rocky is more dog than cat, the way he snuggles, follows Jane around the yard, and is so patient when she pulls on his fur or gives him big hugs.
Also, here's a few photos from the same day of Jane playing with her ball pit. She likes to dump out all the balls these days and hide underneath! Playing hide and seek (but mostly hide) is one of her favorite things!
